1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ku9apk ("Platform", "we", "us") and anyone who uses the ku9apk website or related services ("User", "you", "your"). These Terms apply to all services provided on the ku9apk.cam website.

ku9apk is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slot games, live casino, sports betting, and various other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

SSL Encryption and Fair Play: ku9apk is a secure and reliable platform. All data is protected through SSL encryption technology and we follow a fair play policy.

These terms are written in Bengali and are consistent with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, this document will be treated as the final reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following conditions must be met to create and use an account on ku9apk:

Providing false information regarding age or identity will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide the following accurate and truthful information:

  • Full name (as per national identity card)
  • Correct date of birth
  • Active mobile number
  • Valid email address
  • Current residential address

If any information changes in the future, the support team must be notified immediately. Providing false or incorrect information is a direct violation of these terms.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The accepted methods for depositing funds into ku9apk are:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Upay
  • Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, Sonali Bank)

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods). There is no maximum deposit limit, however larger transactions may require additional verification.

Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

  • Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily held in the case of suspicious activity.

4.3 Transaction Verification

ku9apk follows an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. For large transactions, a copy of the national identity card or passport may be requested as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance will be ৳2,000
  • Deposit ৳42,000 → receive ৳20,000 bonus → total balance will be ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement: 10x (ten times). This means that to withdraw bonus funds, you must wager ten times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered.

The time limit to meet the wagering requirement is within 30 days of the bonus being issued. If the requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

ku9apk offers various special promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotions page. ku9apk reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular players can enjoy the benefits of the ku9apk VIP Program. This program is divided into four tiers:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Players can move up to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. The benefits and privileges of each tier are determined by ku9apk.

6. Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ku9apk follows a fair play policy. The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly tested by third parties. ku9apk does not control any player's wins or losses.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. ku9apk may set betting limits for any player if needed.

6.3 Game Errors

ku9apk reserves the right to void the result of a game if a technical error creates an abnormal situation. In the case of any unexpected win caused by a technical error, ku9apk retains the right to reclaim that amount.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ku9apk:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
  • Misuse of the bonus system or bonus arbitrage
  • Any form of fraud or deceptive activity
  • Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
  • Colluding with other players
  • Money laundering or cleaning of illegal funds
  • Any form of hacking or cyber attack on the platform
  • Creating an account with false information or deceiving the verification process

Warning: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

ku9apk may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of the terms and conditions
  • Detection of fraud or suspicious activity
  • Failure to complete identity verification
  • Detection of multiple accounts
  • As required by applicable legal or regulatory requirements

9.3 Balance After Suspension

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, all balances (both bonus and real money) may be forfeited. This will depend on the outcome of ku9apk's investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

ku9apk provides its services as a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following matters:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues
  • Issues arising from the failure of third-party service providers
  • Problems with the user's own device or network
  • Unforeseen natural disasters or uncontrollable circumstances (Force Majeure)

Gaming is a risky activity and the possibility of financial loss always exists. ku9apk does not guarantee any specific outcome.

11. Responsible Gaming
